These terms and conditions apply to The White Bear Diners Club Card (the 'Card') and govern the relationship between The White Bear (‘we’ or ‘us’) and you. Use of The White Bear Diners Club Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully; if you have any queries about your Card or these terms and conditions, contact The White Bear on 01959 573166.

The White Bear Diners Club Card enables you to obtain exclusive Cardholder discounts at The White Bear. Use of The White Bear Diners Club Card constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time and/or to add, remove or amend any offers made available to The White Bear Diners Club Cardholders. Any amendments to these terms and conditions will be made available to view via our website www.thewhitebear-fickleshole.com.

Obtaining your White Bear Diners Club Card

You can obtain The White Bear Diners Club Card, free of charge, in person at The White Bear. Simply fill in the registration form and return it to a member of staff who will provide you with your new Card.

Using The White Bear Diners Club Card

You can use your The White Bear Diners Club Card ONLY at The White Bear, Fairchildes Lane, Fickleshole. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card.

The Card can be used with a maximum of 4 people dining. The White Bear Diners Club Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, set menu, meal deal, voucher, voucher code or privilege card, whether issued by us or by any third party.

Not valid on Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

To redeem rewards, you must present your Card at the time of purchase. Photocopies or photographs of the Card will not be accepted.

Expiry and cancellation

The White Bear Diners Club Card does not have an expiry date. However, we have the right to amend or remove the card from the business at any time. You have the right to cancel your membership of The White Bear Diners Club Card at any time, by returning it to us.

Registering The White Bear reward card

Complete the card registration form and pass it to a member of staff to obtain and activate membership of The White Bear reward card scheme. This way, we can update you on exclusive The White Bear Diners Club Card offers and information about The White Bear.
