From New Addington tram stop to The White Bear
Approximately 1 - 1/2 hours
Please note: this route can be muddy after heavy rains
From New Addington tram stop, walk along Central Parade to the roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout into Overbury Cresent and first left into Cleves Cresent. Take the first right (still Cleves Cresent) and at the end of the road, turn left into Homestead Way and then take the second right into Thorpe Close.
As Thorpe Close bends to the left, take the public footpath which looks narrow and unpromising but soon opens out. Follow the footpath downhill and cross over Featherbed Lane.
The path then climbs uphill towards Little Farleigh Green Farm. Just before the farm, turn left at the crossroads and continue until you reach High Hill Road.
Turn left at High Hill Road and follow the path until you reach Fairchildes Road (also known locally as Fairchildes Lane). Turn left into Fairchildes Road and continue to The White Bear on your left hand side.
